Our warranty service is designed to be transparent, responsive, and customer-friendly, helping you resolve hardware or performance issues efficiently and professionally.

If you experience an issue with your product, please follow these steps to report it:

1. Contact Us: Reach out via email or phone to report the problem.
2. Provide Details: Include your full name, order number, product model, and a clear description of the issue.
3. Attach Proof: Submit your purchase receipt and, if possible, photos or videos showing the problem.
4. Wait for Review: Our technical team will assess your report and determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty service.

If your warranty claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

• Free repair of the faulty component.
• Replacement with same product OR with a similar one(if repair is not possible).
• A Refund can only be accepted if the product has been replaced at least twice.
• Store credit or refund (in rare cases where repair or replacement isn’t available).

The warranty does not cover:
