These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website, placing orders, and interacting with our services. By accessing or making a purchase through buypc.ng, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read them carefully, as they explain your rights, responsibilities, and what you can expect when shopping with us.

Our Terms

  1. All goods remain the property of buypc Computers.
  2. Prices and manufacturing Specification are subjects to change without notification.
  3. Vat and without tax are not included in the prices.
  4. All goods return in goods conditions will attract a re-stocking fee of 20% of the invoice price.
  5. Buypc Computers shall not be liable for any lost, damaged or expenses incurred in the return of goods.
  6. Buypc Computers warranty period for full system is “new” 3months, “used” 1week and does not include screen and keyboard.
  7. Hard drives and ram purchased as a part has only one week warranty and is void if any physical damage.
  8. Customer’s that lives outside Lagos states must notify us through email or telephone within 7 days if there is any fault on the purchase goods.
  9. These terms and conditions shall form the basics of all sales and transactions by Buypc computers and shall not in any manner be varied or wavier under any circumstance.
